As we close out 2024, we’re thrilled to celebrate a big milestone: Coho Growth’s first anniversary! 🎉

In November 2023, Mark Bakker, Mike Walkinshaw, and I came together to launch Coho Growth with a clear vision and strong values at its core. Our foundation rests on three guiding principles:

Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of reviewing more than 150 B2B SaaS companies across the United States and Canada. What makes this journey truly special is that every opportunity came through organic connections—via our website, LinkedIn, or trusted introductions from our network. This trust and collaboration validate the importance of authentic relationships and shared values in driving success.

2024 has been a year of exciting growth and invaluable lessons. We deployed capital to help software companies accelerate growth and refinance debt, while also laying the groundwork for our future success.

Another major highlight was launching our inaugural Limited Partnership. We’re honored to have a remarkable group of LPs who share our commitment to a long-term approach and sustainable growth.
